关闭。方向完全正确——native TUI 直连长期保留 + Mode B 优先 web chat / web terminal + channel/IDE 继续 --acp 后置评估，与 #4303 / #3803 reply 4483031818 / #4175 reply 4483033542 上推的 zero-cost abstraction 立场一致。
